GFPDC provided Construction Management At-Risk
services for the construction of an emerging technology environmental
recycling facility. The facility utilizes physical and chemical
processes to recycle waste byproducts collected from an industrial
food manufacturer and extract compounds that are viable for resale
and use by commercial vendors.
Major Project Components:
- 12,500 square foot pre-engineered steel building
- 120,000 gallon main storage tank
- 15,000± linear feet of process piping ranging in size
from 1/4" stainless steel tubing
to 8" diameter steel pipe
Construction Management At-Risk Services:
- Responsible for all on-site construction-related
issues and contract administration
- Hired construction subcontractors and
supervised/coordinated their activites.
- Coordinated submittals to/from two design
engineers (Process and Civil/Structural)
- Monitored construction, facility start-up,
commissioning, testing, and contract completion activities
