We are a team of architects, engineers, contractors, and real estate professionals with corporate depth and strong strategic alliances with leading companies in finance, property management, marketing, and sales.

Mr. Shadan is an expert in project and construction management oversight with experience in transportation and mixed use housing development. Mr. Shadan has led development and construction of a variety of public and private development projects in the past 29 years. He is a licensed engineer, general building and engineering contractor and real estate broker. Mr. Shadan serves on the boards of the Consulting and Land Surveyors of California, Marin Chapter and the Forensic Expert Witness Association, Bay Area Chapter. He also serves on the Marketing and Finance Committee of the Marin Work Force Housing Trust. Mr. Shadan received his B.S. in engineering from U.C. Berkeley and M.S. in engineering management from the University of Santa Clara.
